Reconciliation starts . . .
Reconciliation starts
when we find each other's tears
and learn to grieve together
it goes on
when we dare to remember
Reconciliation starts
when I don't need to exclude
anything which is true to me
and you are given the same right
it goes on
when your strength is my joy
and we learn to celebrate
each other's gifts
Reconciliation starts
when there is space, opened doors
and yet you let me take my time
it goes on
when the question comes before the answer
and we welcome discoveries
which we did not expect.
